★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1If I could give less than zero stars I would. I had an appointment and paid a deposit. i’m walking down the street I don’t see the salon yet. I’m on time so I called just to make sure I’m at the right spot because I don’t see it yet. We have a very short conversation where she’s yelling at me telling me yes the salon is on that street and that I would “clearly see it”. She ends up hanging up on me in the middle of me talking. I canceled the appointment and left! I did not take one step inside her salon! I got my money back. Would never recommend somebody with such poor customer service when somebody is just trying to find their location. It was actually insane how much rage and vitriol she had. I was on time clarifying the location!
August 04 · Alima JThis is one of the best shops I have been too since I started to grow my hair back every where else I have sooo many problems with my hair it’s like I have finally found my shop. Great place to get your done for any event.
July 06 · D. WilliamsThis was by far one of the best braiding experiences. I've had relocating from California to Peoria, Illinois. My experience in Chicago with Fatima and her aunt. Let me know where I will be going from here on out. Very caring professional. I drove 3 hours and it was worth the drive.
September 30 · MICAH YOUNGI did not get what I asked for at all. Considering the fact I have thin hair. I thought she knew not to make it tight and heavy but that is exactly what I got. I’m very disappointed. And now she has no response.
