I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience at this salon, especially since it was a recommendation. I went in for a "bleach bath" to achieve a copper color on my black box-dyed hair and left with a disaster. The stylist gave me hot roots and black ends, a predictable outcome that a simple test strand could have prevented. I spent $260 for a half-hearted attempt that did absolutely nothing to achieve the desired result. The top of my head/ crown of hair was red, and I specifically stated I was not keen on red.The stylist's attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming throughout the entire appointment. My dismay was clear when she revealed the final result, but she seemed completely unbothered, took my money for the first session, and didn't even attempt to follow up. When I tried to reach out via email, I received no response. I've since had to pay someone else to correct the mess that was made. The only positive part of the visit was the hair wash, which wasn't even done by my stylist. Save your money and your hair—I strongly recommend avoiding this salon.

I had to cancel my appointment because whoever was managing the phone at 3:20 pm today, had THE NASTIEST attitude when I tried asking if someone else was available instead of the person who usually does my hair because if I’m being honest, it’s been sucking. I’ve been blonde for quite some time and recently decided to transition back to my natural hair color, which is brown. During my appointment, the stylist attempted to match my hair to the extensions they had available. The entire process took about three hours, but the end result was far from what I expected—my hair turned out completely black instead of brown. I felt deeply disappointed, and by the time I got home, my unhappiness with the result intensified to the point of tears.When I expressed my concerns to the stylist, pointing out that the color looked black rather than brown, she explained that transitioning from blonde to brown can alter the appearance of the shade. While I can understand that, I cannot understand how brown ended up as black. She also mentioned that if they had chosen a higher number, it would have been too light, and a lower number would have been much darker. However, I would have preferred starting with a slightly lighter shade and adjusting from there, rather than ending up with black hair, which is much harder to fix.Adding to my disappointment, the stylist didn’t even complete a proper blowout, citing a lack of time, despite my having booked a full appointment. Instead, I was placed under an outdated drying machine that didn’t even dry my hair properly. When I asked to use a blow dryer, I was told it wasn’t allowed for safety reasons, yet high school students assisting in the salon were blow-drying other clients’ hair. As a result, I had to walk home for 41 minutes with wet hair, which was both frustrating and unacceptable.I chose this salon expecting high-quality service and value for the money I was spending. Instead, I left feeling like I could have achieved a better result with a box dye from Walgreens, as I’ve done successfully many times before. This experience was, without a doubt, the worst I’ve ever had at what was supposed to be a professional, upscale salon. A refund needs to be issued.
