Went in for some Carmel highlights and a 2 inch trim for my hair. I came out with a choppy haircut that ended at my shoulders and red hair. The hairstylist was in a rush doing my haircut that it came out so bad. Now I have super short layers almost like a wolf cut which I did not ask for. When I asked to see the length in back of what she was going to cut, she proceeded to cut and than say “ well it’s cut , we can’t go back now” mind you I asked before she even cut. She was in a rush because her clocking out time had passed. After seeing the results a super nice stylist offered to try to fix what the previous stylist messed up. She tried her hardest to give me what I asked for but she could only do so much with my hair being dyed red and my hair being choppy and 3 inches shorter than I asked for. I spend a total of 7 hours , not kidding , at the salon, just for some highlights and a haircut. Don’t get me wrong there are some very sweet stylist here. But if they are in a rush they will just over charge you and give you a horrible look and tell you “ this is better than what you had asked for” . Honestly, please just invest a few dollars more and go to a more high end and more professional salon. Don’t trust just anyone, I have to wait now months to even have my shortest layer of hair go back to a decent size to put on a ponytail. ( I don’t want to mention the stylist name due to respect, but if you’re a stylist for over 20 year, that should show on your work ethic and results)

They canceled my one daughter's hair cut and style after I booked and confirmed it. No call, just a text, very rude. Now they lost both my daughters hair cuts. Judging by some of these pictures it was good that they canceled. Bad service, not worth the hassle.

I went for a signature cut before my vacation and received a choppy haircut. I requested a butterfly hair cut and the stylist told me no that I should get longer layer that she knows what's best so I trusted her since she is a stylist. My second mistake was not paying attention that a signature cut comes with a shampoo and wash, which I didn't receive. I thought it was odd that she only took about 10 minutes to cut my hair but I trusted the process. At the salon my hair didn't seem too bad, when I got home I realized the bad hair cut I received. Since I was leaving on vacation I didn't bother contacting the salon for a fix. Also I cut 4 inches off and I didn't want to go any shorter, unfortunately I'm going to have to go shorter to fix this mistake. I don't recommend this location to anyone.

My girl booked a complete color change from black to brown, but instead received only black to black?? Despite clearly stating she did not want highlights, the stylist repeatedly insisted highlights and did not listen to her request or check what the appointment was for because she didn't even know that my girl booked for lightening (until after the color was in the hair already), and in the end, her hair looked exactly the same as when she arrived. To make matters worse, the checkout process was a mess: the stylist didn’t even know how to charge for the agreed service. This felt unprofessional and disrespectful.I’m sharing this to help others avoid the same frustration. Be prepared for the possibility that your appointment may not go as planned here. My girl was really sad and disappointed. I would never bring her here ever again.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this hair cuttery. My kids gifted me money for a Mother’s Day haircut, and I chose this location because I had a good experience there once before. Unfortunately, this time around, it was a complete disaster.I’m assuming the stylist was new because it took her nearly 3 hours to dye, wash, and cut my hair. I asked for a short haircut, but she did the exact opposite—and the cut was sloppy and uneven. She spent an hour and a half applying black hair dye, strand by strand, and left the dye on for just as long. The result? My hair didn’t even turn fully black—there were visible red patches left behind and my hair is naturally black! Just needed to touch it up because of my grey hairs growing.Worse, my hair is now falling out and looks the worst it ever has. I’ve never been this upset or embarrassed about my hair. I regret coming here and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a professional and timely hair service.I’m just now getting around to leaving this review because I’ve been incredibly busy with work I’m in healthcare, and time hasn’t been on my side. But honestly, I’ve also been trying to suppress how upset I’ve felt about what happened to my hair. I'm so upset and hurt. 😩
